I’m an ER nurse, a community volunteer, a former firefighter, and a fifth-generation teacher.
I’ve lived in Edmond my whole life. I love my neighbors, and I love this town.
I believe that the people of Edmond should come first. I believe that together, we can make Edmond even better. That’s why I’m running for City Council—to represent all of Ward 1.
DEVYN’S PLAN FOR EDMOND WARD 1: building a brighter future together
A vision for Edmond that puts people first.
Traffic & Public Transit
Traffic is a big problem in Edmond—as a Councilmember, I will actively pursue increased local, state, and federal funding for priority street improvements, as well as measures to increase pedestrian, bicycle, and public transit safety and access.
People-First City Planning
The people of Edmond are part of what make our city such a special place to live. Public involvement in city planning is vital to Edmond’s healthy future, and we deserve transparent policies that both protect residential neighborhoods and encourage responsible commercial growth.
Local Services & Infrastructure
Education and health services are the back bone of a thriving community, and as a nurse and teacher, you can be sure I will think creatively and work diligently to improve these and other important local services for the people of Edmond.
